A live-fire gunnery exercise is conducted by USS John Finn (DDG 113).


The Navy said this week that the destroyer USS John Finn (DDG-113) is officially a member of the forward-deployed naval forces in Yokosuka, Japan. The destroyer of the Arleigh Burke-class arrived in Yokosuka on Saturday, according to a news release from the U.S. 7th Fleet. On Monday, it became a component of Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15 and Commander, Task Force 71 (CTF-71).
